It is impossible to get a hold of somebody to make a return. I tried online and cannot access a QR code. Today I called and there is no answer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Company was quick to respond the following morning and since apparently order had been lost in transit they promptly issued a refund.
Then I received an email yesterday saying that y'all were hoping I was enjoying my order, yet I still have not received my order. My order contained 5 Christmas gifts. It is now more than a week past Christmas, and I would like to know where it is and why I have not received it. This is my first time ordering from your company, and this definitely does not make me want to order again.
If I am not going to receive my order, then please refund my money.
I would appreciate this matter being handled promptly. Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I placed an order and did not notice until final screen that address was incorrect.
I tried to cancel it myself but could not.
I was able to reach a customer service agent and she helped me to cancel and reordered to correct address. Contact a customer service rep immediately, they are very helpful.
I did not realize the order 1181**** still had a temporary address link, not my home address. Please change it so it does not go to wrong address.

I made three orders on December 1. It is now December 17, and the shipments still cannot be traced.
I called customer service, spoke with Paula; she re-ordered everything for me and is having FedEx ship instead of their regular shipper, and I should receive it quickly.
Awesome customer service! Always awesome clothing for a very, very fair price!

Where is my product ? The delivery partner has delivered at some random doorstep within my complex.
Now how am I supposed to go and find that doorstep when we have so many blocks.
I am not sure if they are even legit. Truly disappointed.

I got a gift I need to exchange for a different size. The company responded with a request for the order number, which I don't have as it was a gift.
The company is very unresponsive: they emailed me, but not with information about how to exchange.
Then they cancelled my 'complaint' without resolving my issue. I like their products, but this has made me not want to order anything that might need an exchange.

Y'all sent me the wrong tracking number and you need to send me the right tracking number so I can track my packages or send me my money back for those two women vestes I purchased because I can not track my own packages gotta go through your tracking website and the tracking number is not valid because it's saying my package is out for delivery today then your chat box tells me my package is out for delivery today but I should receive it in 24-48 hours impossible I should get in in a few hours but today

Could not send email to customer service. It would not send.
Kept getting error message. So I had to call.
Never received my order!
I ordered two jackets on November 28th but I have not received my order yet! Emailed the company but never received any response back! Tried to call the customer service but was on hold for so long and no human was available to speak to me, so I hung up.

The so called customer service is nonexistent!
#1 You have to hunt all over for the number instead of being readily accessible
#2 They leave you on line for 25 minutes without answering your call
#3 They give you 30 minutes to cancel or change your order. Kind of hard to do when youre on the phone for 25 of those minutes.
